Who needs more care?
0For some of you who are closer to me, you should know I am very very sick the last few days. Thanks for your concern, I am much better now. The night before, I think I got food poisoning, keep vomiting and suddenly my calfs and hands cramp fo 4-5 hours… like “yang dian feng”… siao one la.. heng matthew not staying at my house that day, if not he will go siao. if you around to see i like that, you will be scared to death. My mother wanted to call 995 but dunno why in the end didn’t.
then feel pretty weak even until now… 3 days liao… low blood pressure. Didn’t go school for 2 days liao.
After I went to the interoperability day by Microsoft today, i went back home and realise my mother not at home. I was lazy to bring my keys out. LOL.called her then she said she will rushed back then i waiting at my void deck. When i was waiting, i feel very xin ku because i have alot problem breathing then i see her come back from opp my house from NTUC…she was quite “small” because she was quite far away but i know its her from her umberalla and shirt then i see her, dunno la.. hair white white then walk abit like also breathless.. i was thinking she need more care than me or i need more care than her. That day during my whole body cramp. they are taking good care of me and they never sleep for the whole night.. of cos they cant sleep. LOL I was so noisy. LOL. well, they are old 57 and 59…. how long will they still be around… sia la.. i scare i emo again… LOOOLL

MSP meeting
We had our monthly meeting again at Microsoft Singapore’s office at One Marina Boulvard. I was late because I had to teach wushu in the morning. When I arrived, Chun Siong was presenting something with Visual Studio which I shall not reveal and out of 3 demos, he had done, 1 fail but neverthless its a great session for us all and the last demo that he did proved to us that Int32 works/runs/does faster than Int16 or Int64.
Coming up next is the SMUs and TPs presenting the 2 events that we had done respectively, Experience it with Windows 7 and IE 8 ( if i recall correctly ) and MSP Boot Camp. SMUs also talked about something like clean the toilet campaign which attracted a good amount of people.
Next Zi Han present to us 2 applications that he did, one in WPF ( Windows Presentation Foundation ) and the other in Silverlight and he got me inspired to learn Silverlight but I am pretty busy at the moment so I guess I need to look at it only after week 0.
As usual, we have Pizza! This time, we have Mr Gates face on the Pizza boxes, too bad i have no chance to post the picture because it seems like I cant get my Windows 7 to work with my incoming bluetooth. =(… My outgoing one works. Anyway, yea and we had a little event-game just before we leave… We have to plan for Stanely’s birthday. Haha.
Another thing that I took away today, 3 things, if you are able to sell any of the 3 things, you will be able to get a job ( supposely ).

Outing with Matthew and Jun An
We had a very sudden outing which we planned just one day before the event. Just happen to meet Matthew when I am at Raffle Places MRT with Bee Siew so well, we go to SomerSet together and met Jun An there.. Wah Raining wor. Play LAN, DOTA where Matthew keep killing Neutral Creeps and I “play” the game. Well I am lousy in doat so basically, indirectly, Matthew is controlling my character. Haha. Then played a bit Arcade to pass time before going to Movie.
Went to watch Mall Cop, its funny till siao..Its nice. 
Had some dinner. Walked to Suntech and Arcade abit then go home liao.
Matthew and I had a promise on something. Lets hope it will come true!
*Before anyone says its lame to promise by using fingers at this age, i tell you, its not! =) Small things like that works better people it could reassure the people that no empty promise is made because its carved into the person’s mind.
On a side note, Happy Birthday Ryan!!!
Upgraded my wordpress
0I have upgraded my wordpress but it seems like I get a lot of errors in my admin panel. I have to leave my house soon. Seems like I can look into it 2-3 days later after my exam. Haiz.

0Has promised again and again that I will keep my blog alive, it seems like I break my promise again and again. Anyway, lets promise my viewer one more time. I will be active this time round. (Lets pray hard for it)
Tap-A-Thon
Normally I dont blog about websites or projects I do for people but I guess this is one of the most meaningful one I have seen. Tap-A-Thon. A project initiated by students of NTU. I created the website for them as Chang Heng said he needed my help. I didn’t really have time that time so I created a simple one for them. They open up booths and terminal at Orchard Road and people can tap their ez-link card at $2 off per tap basis. Whatever amount they collect goes to the SPMF and the amount they collect will also go into the Singapore Guiness Record for the most amount of taps using ez-link card for charitable cause.
Wushu @ HPPS
Started teaching wushu at Henry Park Primary School and I guess today is their 10th lesson already. 1 term over. 1 more lesson at 8am, in 6 hours time. The kids there are really cute and nice. They are more obedient than students I had taught before. Hope can continuing teaching them and the time not crash with my school timetable. Will post up more about this soon!

Facebook madness
I created the Wufang Wushu Academy Group since my coach has been telling me about it and I wanted to open one as well to try out the group features of facebook. Not too bad and it seems like we have abit madness going on. A lot Wufang coaches and students and now playing with facebook. Haha! Do join and support us as well!
Google Chrome
Have been playing with Google Chrome too. Their user interface is quite nice. I can’t find a lot of features that I frequently use on Firefox. I may be just too lazy to find it though and of yea, it took me at least 3 minutes to find how to bookmark on Google Chrome. Other than that, its good! It may be useful when school reopen when I can use one browser at home and one in school. No need to keep changing the browser setting.
Things to do:
-Upgrade the script
-If needed, change the template
-Clear up unused domains in my cPanel
-Clear up unused MySQL in my cPanel
-Check inactive links / update links

Year 2008 is here.
0Welcome to year 2008… although i am 1 day late.
Lets see whats I have when I was in year 2007.
I established my blog http://www.limguohong.com on 11th March on 2007. It was after much struggle with myself as I am unsure if I could maintain my postage activity but I decided to take the risk. If you ask me did i manage to maintain the activity?

Thats about 1 posts/ pages every 2 days… Not bad I guess.
I am appointed chairman when I was Secondary 4 after I was a monitor of the class when I was P4 or P3…This surprises came in January.
In February, I heard another shocking news which made my class sad. Miss Chai is leaving… When we were told, I still remember that the whole class is very quiet… Unusually quiet.
Our beloved teacher who teached us A.math and Math left for Singapore Hong Kong international school in March. We go through a lot of trouble to organise a party for her.. including smsing Mr. Simen Lourds.
On April, I had my interschool wushu championship. Got a bronze in my spear losing to Hong Ming and Shijie. It was a good fight. I wasn’t good at that time. I got silver last time in the same division and event. I also resign from IFSZ. The place I worked more than 1 year. It was so sad.
Nothing much happen in the month of May, maybe except it is my good good good brother, Hong Wei’s birthday? Haha.
In June, it is the school holiday and it is the start of preparing for our Prelim.. I slacked and instead of studying I went to wufang to train.. to prepare for 2007 National Wushu Championship. Clever, isn’t it?
In July, I had the best surprise in my life. Ever since my auntie died when I was P4. No one ever celebrated birthday for me. The training that day was just as normal.. except that when I step into wufang.. There are bags but no people. Surprises came when Jaryl throw a waterbomb at me.. ( Thanks Jaryl… ). I was touched. Thanks all.
In August, we had the National Wushu Championship. I had the trouble of representing wufang or school… Anyway, I did not win anything but a 6th. Thats sad. Hao Meng, Jaryl and the rest won. Good job guys.
September, isn’t a good month. Preparation of prelim started and if I am not wrong, actually, we were having prelim at this time. Haha.. Look at my face, do you think I am those that will study? ( Background reply: Yes….) I didn’t study anyway.. Me and Jun Hao were like slacking all the way. Haha..
I stop my wushu training during October, the feeling was very bad.. it is like you quit smoking. Anyway I really started studying now…
November was the month of death. Why? O level month. It was just a boring month.
December was full of fun. I go to wufang and went out with people that I like going out with. We have a lot of fun and “trouble”… Those people will know what i mean if you read this.. but I had my firs countdown “party”. Watched my 3rd movie in life… somemore is midnight movie.
If you ask what I want for 2008? I am still thinking…
I respect this Malay girl.
0On the way to Chinese Garden MRT Station today, I saw this Malay girl who i think is around 25 years old doing this Chinese worksheet. If you take a quick look at what she had done. Out of 10 questions, I think 6-7 are wrong.
The fact remains as she is a Malay yet she tries her best to do a Chinese worksheet despite her mistakes. I know of Chinese who doesn’t even try to do a Chinese worksheet and says he hates Chinese. Its disgracing to Chinese. I admit that Chinese is not a subject as easy as English to handle but you should always try your best. I am not talking about students from CLB and do not take any offend please, i know a lot of you are trying your best and keep that up.
Its okay to not like Chinese language but its another issue to hate Chinese language. There may be one day where more non-Chinese knows Chinese better than the Chinese….. I respect this girl a lot.
